These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CredVo platform (“Service”), including any courses, evaluations, certificates, and features we offer. By creating an account, using CredVo, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CredVo is a personalized learning platform that helps users build professional skills and demonstrate their abilities through:

• AI-generated courses tailored to your target role and career goals.
• AI-assisted evaluation of assignments, quizzes, case studies, and practical tasks.
• Verifiable certificates that you can share or add to your LinkedIn profile.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve the platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use CredVo. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

CredVo offers subscription plans billed through Stripe. When you subscribe, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected billing cycle. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. We may change prices or plan features with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our separate Refund Policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at support@credvo.com.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CredVo honestly and responsibly. You must complete your own work during evaluations. Submitting content generated by another AI tool, copied from other sources, or misrepresenting your work as your own may result in a failed evaluation, revoked certificate, suspension, or termination of your account.

8. Certificates

Certificates issued by CredVo reflect your individual performance on the relevant course evaluation. They are designed to demonstrate skills and accomplishments, but they do not constitute a professional license, academic credential, or guarantee of employment, job placement, or salary outcomes.

9. Intellectual Property

CredVo owns all rights to the platform, generated course structure, branding, software, and other content we create. You retain ownership of any original work you submit during evaluations. By submitting work, you grant CredVo a limited license to use it solely for evaluation, feedback, and certificate issuance.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that completing a course or earning a certificate will lead to any specific career, educational, or financial result. AI-generated content and evaluations are tools to support your learning, not professional advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CredVo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform in a way that harms us or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of CredVo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CredVo operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
